Alison Ritchie
Alison is a registered nutritional therapist with a particular interest in disordered eating and eating disorders, alongside women’s health and wellbeing.
Alison works with a compassionate, non-judgemental and non-weight-centric approach, helping people to understand their relationship with food and move towards more flexible, adequately nourishing eating. Her work recognises that eating difficulties rarely exist in isolation, and considers the wider picture including physical health, thoughts and behaviours around food, life stage, stress and individual circumstances.
Alison is registered with BANT and CNHC and works collaboratively with other healthcare professionals where appropriate. Before retraining in nutrition, she spent more than 20 years working in corporate environments, including leadership, learning and development and organisational change.
