beyond the food

a 7-day behaviour change programme for nutrition practitioners who want to understand what's really driving their clients' eating and get better client outcomes

You're a great practitioner. So why aren't some clients changing?

you've given them the plan. You've explained the evidence. You've adapted, simplified, and tried again.

and still — something isn't shifting.

this isn't an information problem. And it isn't a client motivation problem either, however much it can feel that way in the session.

what's missing is an understanding of what's happening beneath the behaviour. The needs the eating is meeting. The stories the client has been carrying for years. The values that could sustain change if you knew how to find them.

most nutrition training stops at the surface. This programme goes deeper.

what is beyond the food?

… a 7-day programme that gives nutrition practitioners a practical behaviour change framework for understanding and working with what's really driving their clients' eating.

it's not about becoming a therapist. It's about becoming a more effective clinician — one who understands that behaviour change rarely happens at the level of the plan, and knows what to do about that.

every day is short, focused, and directly applicable to your next client session. By the end of the week you'll have a complete clinical framework — the BEYOND model — and six practical micro-interventions you can use immediately, within your existing scope of practice.

clinical manual

a complete workbook delivered on day one, covering all seven days with reflection questions, clinical application prompts, and a key takeaway for each session. A clinical reference document you'll return to long after the programme ends.

impactful psychological and behaviour change tools, taught in full and adapted for nutrition consultations

this programme is for you if…

You're a qualified nutrition practitioner or nutritional therapist who regularly sits with clients who know what they should be eating and aren't doing it.

You want to understand behaviour change at a deeper level than your training has taken you so far.

You feel equipped with nutrition knowledge but less equipped with psychological tools and you'd like that to change.

You want practical, evidence-informed approaches you can apply within your existing scope of practice, not theory that stays in the classroom.
