beyond the food
a 7-day programme for nutrition practitioners who want to understand what's driving their clients' eating behaviour and get better client outcomes
you're a great practitioner. so why are some clients ignoring your advice?
you've given them the plan. you've explained the evidence. you've adapted, simplified, and tried again.
and still something isn't shifting.
this isn't an information problem. and it isn't a client motivation problem either, however much it can feel that way in the session.
what's missing is an understanding of what's happening beneath the behaviour. the needs the eating is meeting. the stories the client has been carrying for years. the values that could sustain change if you knew how to find them.
most nutrition training stops at the surface. this programme goes deeper.
what is beyond the food?
… a 7-day programme that gives nutrition practitioners a practical behaviour change framework for understanding and working with what's really driving their clients' eating.
it's not about becoming a therapist. It's about growing an understanding of behaviour change so you know what to do when eating behaviour feels complex or stuck.
every day is short, focused, and directly applicable to your next client session. By the end of the week you'll have a complete clinical framework — the BEYOND framework — and six practical micro-interventions you can use immediately, within your existing scope of practice.
“emma is an amazing trainer. sign me up to any of her courses, on any topic... even bunions!”

this programme is for you if…
you're working with clients who understand what they should be eating and still aren't changing. you've started to suspect the plan isn't the problem.
you've built a solid practice, but some cases stay with you. especially those where you did everything right and something still didn't shift.
you want psychological tools you can actually use in a nutrition consultation within your scope, without stepping into therapy.
you're ready to understand what's really driving your clients' eating behaviours, and evidence-based tools to help them change them.
