you’ve learned what to do. now learn how to embed it into your clinical toolkit.
knowing about these behaviour change and psychological skills is one thing. I also want you to be able to confidently deliver them as an nutrition practitioner too.
many nutrition practitioners feel unsure when a client knows what they need to eat, but is struggling with how to do it.
that’s why I developed Beyond The Food after a decade of clinical practice and psychological training. It’s a 7-day programme that gives nutrition practitioners a practical behaviour change framework for understanding and working with what's really driving their clients' eating.
By the end of the 7 days, you'll have a complete clinical framework — the BEYOND framework — and six practical micro-interventions you can use immediately, within your existing scope of practice.
“emma is an amazing trainer. sign me up to any of her courses, on any topic... even bunions!”
