The Eating Clinic was founded by Emma Hendricks; an experienced nutritionist and behaviour change expert who focuses on helping people with disordered eating and eating disorders.

Emma’s passion for helping people with disordered eating and eating disorders is bourn out of her own historical struggles with food and her body. From her own experience, training and working with clients, she knows that knowing what to eat isn’t always enough. That’s why The Eating Clinic offers holistic approaches to restore your relationship with food using nutrition, psychological and behavioural techniques.

Why work with us?

  • We believe in small, achievable and sustainable changes. We don’t subscribe to restrictive eating regimes, elimination diets or calorie or macro controlled plans. These are so often short term and unsustainable. In our experience, small and consistent changes have the biggest impact on our health, emotions and behaviours. We work together to find what works for you without eliminating your favourite food (in fact, you may find you start eating it more!).

  • We take a holistic approach. We use our training in nutrition, counselling, psychology and behaviour change to build a personalised support package to help you feel your best.
